If you are covered by ACC it is necessary to book individual sessions with one of the physiotherapists and bring all the necessary ACC information to your initial consultation.
Please bring a towel and wear comfortable clothing and socks. Please avoid wearing heavy perfume and moisturizer to your workout sessions on the equipment.
All sessions are by appointment. Cancellation without 24 hours notice will incur a charge.
We do not organize Semi-private sessions but are happy to take two friends or partners together. If one cancels, the person who attends will be charged for a private session. If both cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there is a charge of $40.
